A:I stand behind the value of this seminar. So much so, that if you are unsatisfied with the material, you can request a full refund of your registration fee at the end if the session.
Q: What do I get with my registration?
A: Besides a seat in the most unique and effective collections seminar in the United States, you will receive a disc of seminar related forms and information after the seminar concludes. You will receive free email support from your seminar leader to help you implement your new billing procedures. There will be free prizes given out during the seminar and some very useful products for sale. You will receive discounts for all services offered by our company and significant savings with other vendors offering a variety of physician-related services that will CHANGE your practice!
Q: Should I bring anything with me?
A: Some seminars may have vendor catered lunches or free parking; however, please confirm when registering if they will be offered at your location. There will also be some companion products unavailable anywhere else. These are not available by mail-order, so please make sure you have cash, check or credit card available... at least to pay for your lunch. Also, bring your favorite NOTEBOOK and PEN.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: All cancellations will receive 100% refund with 72 hours advance notice. Less notice may result in a reduced refund to cover the cost of your seat.
Q: May I tape the seminar?
A: No audio or videotape will be permitted during any event. You will receive an accompanying workbook summarizing the seminar material post-seminar. Please bring a notebook.
Q: What happens if I arrive late?
A: Registration is from 8:45-9:30. If you arrive after 9:30, I CANNOT guarantee you a seat. If your seat has NOT been filled with one of our stand-bys, the seminar leader may or may not be able to summarize the material you missed. "Make More Spend Less" is a series of steps, when you miss a little, you miss a LOT. In the event a seat is no longer available, you will be mailed a refund.
Q: Is there a registration deadline?
A: Registration is subject to availability. Our seminars fill up quickly, so register early.
Q: What kind of meeting facility can I expect?
A: I reserve a variety of spaces including; but not limited to, schools, hotels, churches, and meeting facilities. We look for locations that are easily accessible, offer parking, and multiple lunch options. Some of the rooms may not be climate controlled, so please bring a jacket or sweater.
